DAYCARE-

PRIVATE BOARDING.

We feel you will find our rates competitive for the services we offer- Our rates on the average are 30% lower than in San Francisco, and rated average for the area we serve.  In addition, our rates are all inclusive, you are not charged extra for group play, one on one attention, feeding, treats, walks, the administration of maintenance medicine, or supplements, and unlike commercial pet care services we, by design, have no more than 06-08 dogs in daycare and 3-5 for boarding at any one given time.

 

WE ARE CLOSED DAILY FROM 1PM TO 2PM, AS IT IS NAPTIME IN THE DAYCARE- NO PICKUP, NO DELIVERY, NO EXCEPTIONS. 7 DAYS A WEEK

 

STANDARD INVOICES, ARE DUE ON THE DUE DATE. YOUR INVOICE IS PAST DUE 2 DAYS AFTER THE DUE DATE. PAST DUE INVOICES INCURE A $10 LATE FEE. YOUR INVOICE WILL BE UPDATED WITH THE LATE CHARGE AND SENT TO YOU. INVOICES NOT PAID WITHIN 5 DAYS AFTER THE DUE DATE SUSPENDS OUR SERVICE TO YOU UNTIL THE INVOICE IS PAID. (10-09-22)

PROMOTIONAL OFFERS ARE FLASH OFFERS AND ARE DUE WITHIN TWO DAYS OF INOVICE, OR VOIDED. 

 

 

 DAYCARE DAILY RATES

Daycare 1X a week.....$45 1 dog. 2 dogs $65. 3 dogs $85.

2-3-4-5 X a week (per day)..... $35 1 dog. 2 dogs $60. 3 dogs $80.

Weekends/Major Holidays, $50 first dog, Add $20 each additional. By appointment only. 

Regular daycare is Monday-Friday 7:30AM-6PM

NEW CUSTOMERS: WEEKLY (5 DAYS A WEEK MONDAY-FRIDAY) DAYCARE $150.00 PER WEEK FOR THE FIRST 30 DAYS. OR $30 PER DAY FOR THE FIRST 30 DAYS. SATURDAY/SUNDAY/ HOLIDAY $40 DAILY, FIRST 30 DAYS. YOUR THIRTY DAY SPECIAL RATE STARTS WITH YOUR FIRST DAYCARE DAY.

DAYCARE CUSTOMERS ARE INVOICED EVERY FRIDAY, AND PAYMENT REQUIRED EITHER IN ADVANCE OR THE NEXT DAYCARE DAY, OR ONE MONTH IN ADVANCE. CREDITS ROLL TO THE NEXT MONTH. THERE ARE NO CASH REFUNDS, SERVICE CREDITS ONLY. CASH OR CHECK.

THE EXCEPTION IS: customers that have a regular scheduled daycare and a holiday falls within that schedule do not pay the holiday rate, your normal rate applies, also your normal daycare hours are not affected.

PRIVATE BOARDING

$55 Daily,1 dog. Includes daycare at no additional cost- you are charged a full days rate the first day in regardless of the time in.

$95 Daily 2 dogs same family

$145.00 Daily 3 dogs same family

 

Check out time is 12 noon on the go home day. After 12 noon a daycare charge will apply, you then have until 6PM to pick up your pet. We are closed from 1-2PM DAILY.

Weekend/Holiday hours for delivery to us and pick up from us is 10AM-6PM.

We apologize that we cannot accept any other times for your delivery and pick up of your pet. 

NO CHARGE FOR CANCELLATIONS. NO CASH REFUNDS. SERVICE CREDITS ONLY.

PROMOTIONS/SERVICE CREDITS: ARE LIMITED TO THE OWNERS DOG(S) ONLY AT THE TIME THE PROMOTION OR SERVICE CREDIT WAS BOUGHT. NON-TRANSFERABLE. 

 

ADDITIONAL SERVICES:

Package acceptance: You may use our address as your ship to address when ordering products or merchandise. We will text you when your package arrives. No charge. We are available to accept packages during our normal business hours. This is a free benefit of being our customer, we are not liable for theft, non-delivery, or damaged packages. C.O.D not accepted. We will sign for your package if required. You must be a RUFF 'N READY customer. We have accepted packages as small as a keychain (a surprise gift) to a wolf stove, to "I- don't- want-anyone- in my- house- to- know- what- I- bought, (Christmas/Birthday gift's?)

PLEASE DO NOT ASK US IF WE WOULD LIKE TO ADOPT YOUR PET. THE HARSH ANSWER IS NO, WE WOULDN'T.   WE HAVE 2 OF OUR OWN (ALL RESCUE'S) AND THAT'S ENOUGH.  THERE ARE A COUPLE OF RESCUE ORGANIZATION THAT WE HAVE USED TO ADOPT OURS: A LEG UP RESCUE, GRATEFUL DOGS, AND MUTTVILE.  A GOOGLE SEARCH WILL LEAD YOU TO THEIR WEBSITE'S.
