PRIVATE BOARDING.

We feel you will find our rates competitive for the services we offer- Our rates on the average are 30% lower than in San Francisco, and rated average for the area we serve.  In addition, our rates are all inclusive, you are not charged extra for group play, one on one attention, feeding, treats, walks, the administration of maintenance medicine, or supplements, and unlike commercial pet care services we, by design, have no more than 06-08 dogs in daycare and 3-5 for boarding at any one given time.

Check out time is 12 noon on the go home day

LATE CHECKOUT on go home day (departing after 12 NOON) UNTIL 6:00 PM.

ADD $15 FOR EACH DOG, AFTER 3.

PICKING UP AFTER WE CLOSE AT 7PM, IS AN ADDITIONAL CHARGE OF $50.00 UNTIL 10PM, AFTER 10PM YOUR PET IS BOARDED FOR THE NIGHT. WE DO NOT OPEN THE DOOR AFTER 10PM! THIS IS IN ADDITION TO THE LATE CHECK OUT FEE.

Weekend/Holiday hours for delivery to us and pick up from us is 10AM-6:00 PM.

We apologize that we cannot accept any other times for your delivery and pick up of your pet.

PROMOTIONS/SERVICE CREDITS: ARE LIMITED TO THE OWNERS DOG(S) ONLY AT THE TIME THE PROMOTION OR SERVICE CREDIT WAS BOUGHT. NON-TRANSFERABLE. 

ADDITIONAL SERVICES:

Package acceptance: You may use our address as your ship to address when ordering products or merchandise. We will text you when your package arrives. No charge. We are available to accept packages during our normal business hours. This is a free benefit of being our customer, we are not liable for theft, non-delivery, or damaged packages. C.O.D not accepted. We will sign for your package if required. You must be a RUFF 'N READY customer. We have accepted packages as small as a keychain (a surprise gift) to a wolf stove, to "I- don't- want-anyone- in my- house- to- know- what- I- bought, (Christmas/Birthday gift's?)
